information of a minor under the age of thirteen (13) without first receiving verifiable parental consent (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, we will take necessary steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
Children under the age of thirteen (13), or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction are NOT permitted to create an account on the BMI Website, unless a parent has provided consent in writing to BMI that the minor has permission to have the account and that BMI may retain personal information

Account Closure and Data Retention - Your account may be closed for violation of the BMI Terms of Service or End User License Agreement or you may choose to close your account with BMI. If your account is closed for any reason whatsoever, you understand that you will no longer be providing
data to BMI in present or in the future. You understand that although your account will be closed, public postings or comments related to your profile may still remain publicly accessible. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, BMI may retain personal information for the purposes of maintaining this privacy
policy.
Changes to the Privacy Policy - BMI reserves the right to amend this privacy policy periodically to account for Company changes as well as changes in the law. Any updates or changes to this privacy policy shall first be announced and subsequently published to this webpage.
